This item is made of 12 or 24 micron, one-sided Metallized polyester film that is Metallized with aluminum & colour coated with resin by high technique. Other thickness of the polyester film such as 36 & 37 micron can be supplied on request with the minimum quantity to be specified.
Standard widths are 1/110" (0.22mm) and 1/69" (0.37mm). Custom widths can be supplied from a minimum of 1/116" to a maximum 1/16" as per the customers requirement. The widths available are 1/16", 1/32", 1/85", 1/92", 1/100", 1/110", 1/116" supplied on spools/bobbins of 100 gms, 150 gms, 170 gms & 300 gms net weight. For the purpose of embroidery there are special bobbins of 4,000 meters in length.
